Requirements

• SkyBell only works on the 2.4GHz band. If you have a dual-band router, please be sure to activate the 2.4GHz band.
• You MUST sync your smartphone to the 2.4GHz band network before syncing to SkyBell.
• SkyBell requires that B/G mode be activated on your router.
• SkyBell requires at least 1.5 Mbps upload speeds to operate effectively. Perform a speed test.
• Be sure your router is set to 20 MHz bandwidth.
• SkyBell works best with WPA passwords.
