WHAT DO THE LED LIGHTS ON MY SKYBELL DEVICE MEAN?
During the Sync Process: |
Yellow/Light Green (Rapid Flash): Device is entering sync ready mode. |
Red/Green (Alternating): Device is in AP Mode. In order to sync, the SkyBell must be flashing this color. When the SkyBell is flashing red/green you will find it within the list of available networks on the mobile device’s WiFi settings. |
Orange (Double Flash): Attempting a WiFi connection: during the Sync process. SkyBell is attempting to Authenticate with Wi-Fi. Encryption type will be checkedIf the SkyBell is OFFLINE and needs to be resynced, follow the steps provided below:
If you are syncing and the doorbell will not connect to the home network.
If all requirements are met and the SkyBell still will not proceed past orange, you may need to attempt the advanced sync. |
Blue/Green (Alternating): The SkyBell is connected to the home network and attempting to successfully connect to our server.If the doorbell is stuck on Blue-Green:

Solid Green: Device is ready to use. This is the default LED color. The color can be changed within the application. |
