Performing a Soft Reset
You can perform a Soft Reset in the following way:
- Press and hold the SkyBell button for about 45 seconds.
- The LED will flash Green rapidly, then flash alternating Red/Green, then flash Blue rapidly. This LED sequence is shown below:
- Once the SkyBell starts flashing Blue, release the button. This will allow the SkyBell to reboot completing the soft reset.
- The reboot usually takes about 1 minute to complete.
- The SkyBell will automatically reconnect to your home Wi-Fi network and settle into the normal operating mode, displaying the solid Green (or chosen) color.
Performing a Factory Reset
You can perform a Factory Reset in the following way:
- Press and hold the SkyBell button for about a minute.
- The LED will flash Green rapidly, then flash alternating Red/Green, then flash Blue rapidly, then flash Yellow rapidly. This LED sequence is shown below:
- Once the SkyBell starts flashing Yellow, release the button. This will allow the SkyBell to reboot completing the factory reset.
- The reboot usually takes about 1 minute to complete.
- While the SkyBell is rebooting, please delete the SkyBell device from the app installed on your smart device.
- Once the SkyBell starts flashing alternating Red/Green, please add the SkyBell device in your smart device app again.
- Connect the SkyBell to your home Wi-Fi network by Syncing the SkyBell in the normal manner.
