Digital Chime rings continuously

  • Check the wiring of the SkyBell Digital Doorbell Adapter (DDA).
  • Verify that the voltage received is within the required specs for both the SkyBell and the chime.
  • Verify that there are no diodes or resistors on the line, as these are not needed with the DDA.
  • Verify that the digital chime setting is enabled within the SkyBell app.
